Yoga for Stress & Anxiety Thursday, Sept. 28th from 6pm to 7:45pm Led by Jasper Elliott Wolfe Investment: $20 Join Jasper Elliott Wolfe to learn more about how your yoga practice can help relieve stress and anxiety. This practice will be gentle and suitable for both the beginning student as well as the more experienced practitioner. The class will incorporate singing bowls, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, meditation, simple joint movements, energizing techniques to combat fatigue, and end with a restorative pose.
